Activation Form for Existing Customers

This activation form is for existing WATERAX customers to register and obtain a password for our online Genuine Parts Store. Please note that your account will be assigned to one (1) email address.

By registering, you will be able to place orders online, have access to your net pricing and discounts, create quotes, estimate shipping rates, view the status of your orders and get access to the latest product catalogs.

To activate your company’s online account, you will need your WATERAX Account Number (Customer ID), which is printed at the top of your customer statement.

If you have just received your account number, please allow 24 hours before registering.

Once we have confirmed your details, we will send an email containing the details of your new WATERAX online account to the email address assigned to your account. It may take 24 - 48 hours for your account to be activated.
